What it says
The Act that created section 9-A. It sets the contribution monthly, defines whose name must be on the register, and fixes the two payment dates that still stand: the employer pays both shares before 15 October for 1 April to 30 September, and before 15 April for 1 October to 31 March, by crossed cheque or demand draft to the Welfare Commissioner.
