Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958
- Registration
- The employer sends the prescribed statement within thirty days of the establishment starting work, and is issued a registration certificateSection 13(1) and (3)
- Renewal

- Changes and closure
- A change in the registered particulars is notified within seven days; closing the establishment is notified within ten days and the certificate cancelledSection 13(4) and (5)
