West Bengal Shops and Establishments Act, 1963
- Privilege leave
- Fourteen days on full pay for every completed year of continuous service, accumulable to twenty-eight daysThis comes from the Labour Department's reprint of the Act in the West Bengal Labour Gazette 2011. Its footnotes run to the amending Act of 2002, so an amendment after that would not appear in this copy; and the scan carries a previous reader's yellow highlighting on the page dealing with the recovery of wages. Neither affects the figures above, and both are said here so the copy can be judged.Section 11(a) and proviso (i)
