Basis: The Department of State Taxes lists the Acts it administers (comtax.up.nic.in, read 23 Sep 2026): its Acts & Rules page carries the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 alone, and its value added tax portal adds the Value Added Tax Act, the Central Sales Tax Act, the Entry Tax Act and the Carriage by Road Act, 2007.
