The rates shown are not a minimum wage fixed under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. Uttar Pradesh directed them under industrial-disputes law, as interim relief, to settle labour unrest in Noida and Greater Noida.

- The order is not on the Labour Department's minimum wage page, whose most recent entry is of 19 February 2025, nor in its published Government Orders, which run to 23 April 2026. So the order has not been confirmed against a government publication, only against the copy held and against independent reporting of it
