Madhya Pradesh Shops and Establishments Act

Privilege, casual and sick leave
Not yet addedThe Madhya Pradesh Shops and Establishments Act is the State law that would answer this, and it is plainly in force — the department made Shops and Establishments (Fire and Hazard Prevention) Rules under it on 3 June 2026 and registers establishments under it online. No text of it could be read. The department's own document register lists its Acts and rules but serves none of them: its file store refuses the request, and the State's e-gazette hosts do not resolve. This is a gap in what can be read, not a doubt about the law, and it is being worked separately.
