Night work

No woman and no young person may work in any establishment between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. in the summer season, or between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. in the winter season — whether as an employee or otherwiseThis comes from the Labour Department's own copy of the Act at labour.delhi.gov.in. Not yet addedThe section itself does not define the two seasons. The department's copy carries an editorial comment putting summer from 1 April to 30 September and winter from 1 October to 31 March, but that is the annotator's statement and not the Act's, so it is not shown as the rule
