Three revision dates have passed with no order, and the department says so itself

The order of 15 April 2025 revises the dearness allowance every 1 April and 1 October on the six-monthly average consumer price index, and the department kept to that through April 2024, October 2024 and April 2025. Nothing has followed. For the first missed date the department is explicit: its circular of 14 October 2025 states that it had issued no dearness allowance order for the period starting 1 October 2025 and that the last official increase took effect on 1 April 2025. For 1 April 2026 and 1 October 2026 nothing has been published on the minimum wage page, the notifications page, or the Government of Delhi's centralized circulars and orders listing, whose Labour entries run from 10 October 2025 to 8 September 2026 without a single wage or allowance order. The Delhi e-gazette search was returning a server error on both attempts, so it could not be used as a further channel. The figures shown are the rates the department says are in force.

Delhi sets one minimum wage table for the whole National Capital Territory, with no zones. Its rates were last fixed by notification in October 2019; every order since, including the one the table above comes from, declares the dearness allowance payable on top of those rates.

A forged order is in circulation: A fake dearness allowance revision order numbered F.No.(143)/02/MW/VII/Partfile/212-261 and dated 13 October 2025 was circulated, falsely carrying the Joint Labour Commissioner's signature. The department disclaimed it and asked that it be ignored and not enforced.
