Rates including dearness allowance, in force from 1 April 2025. Delhi revises the dearness allowance on 1 April and 1 October each year, on the six-monthly average consumer price index, but has not done so since April 2025. Its own circular of 14 October 2025 says the department had issued no dearness allowance order for the period starting 1 October 2025 and that the last official increase took effect on 1 April 2025. Nothing has been published for 1 April 2026 or 1 October 2026 either, and we looked again on 24 October 2026. A forged revision order has been circulating, and the department has disclaimed it: check any order you are shown against the department's own site.

The same notification also says
- The order declares a dearness allowance on the rates last revised by notification 12(142)/02/MW/VII/3636 of 22 October 2019. It is not itself a fresh fixation of the minimum rates.
- It applied the All India Consumer Price Index average for July to December 2024, 413.42, an increase of 11.32 points over the previous six-monthly average.
- The rates are the same across the whole National Capital Territory; the order sets no zones.
- A forged dearness allowance order numbered F.No.(143)/02/MW/VII/Partfile/212-261 and dated 13 October 2025 was circulated in the Joint Labour Commissioner's name. The department disclaimed it by circular on 14 October 2025 and asked that it not be circulated or enforced. The genuine order here is numbered F.No.(142)/02/MW/VII/Part file/211-241.
- That forgery is what the tampering warning printed on the genuine order refers to. The copy published here was downloaded from the department's own site and is byte-for-byte identical to the copy already held.
- The department's file named minimum_wages_current.pdf on the same page holds the order of April 2023, not this one.
Clerical and supervisory staff
The same order sets a second table for clerical and supervisory staff in all scheduled employments, graded by qualification rather than by skill. The zone picker, the dashboard card and the calculator stay on the three skill grades.

Delhi sets one minimum wage table for the whole National Capital Territory, with no zones. Its rates were last fixed by notification in October 2019; every order since, including the one the table above comes from, declares the dearness allowance payable on top of those rates.
