Karnataka S&E does not split casual vs sick — the 12 days are one pool. Encashment is for earned leave, not CL/SL. Max carry-forward of EL is the 30-day bank in OSH (states may allow 45 in older S&E readings — keep the standing order / policy at 30 unless the Gazette says otherwise).
