Unavailed earned leave is payable on exit at last-drawn wages. Formula used here: monthly wage ÷ 26 × leftover EL days. Casual/sick leave is not encashable. OSH: EL above the 30-day bank can be encashed during service.

Example: 12 leftover EL days on ₹28,000 → ₹12,923 (the calculator on the right lets you change days).
