Delhi minimum wages: ₹18,456 a month unskilled from 1 April 2025
Order F.No.(142)/02/MW/VII/Part file/211-241 of 15.04.2025 declares the dearness allowance payable for all categories from 01.04.2025, on the rates last revised by the notification of 22.10.2019. One statewide table, no zones: ₹18,456 unskilled, ₹20,371 semi-skilled and ₹22,411 skilled a month, and ₹20,371, ₹22,411 and ₹24,356 for clerical and supervisory staff who are non-matriculate, matriculate but not graduate, and graduate and above. The daily figures are ₹710, ₹784, ₹862 and ₹937. The allowance is revised on 1 April and 1 October on the six-monthly average consumer price index; this order applied the July to December 2024 average of 413.42, an increase of 11.32 points.

Delhi LWF: 75 paise employee, 225 paise employer a half-year
Section 6BB of the Bombay Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1953, as extended to Delhi by G.S.R. 1286(E) of 15.12.1986, has each employee pay 75 paise and the employer 225 paise every six months for each employee on the register on 30 June and 31 December, both paid by the employer before 15 July and 15 January. The Administrator pays a further amount equal to twice the employees' contribution. The Lieutenant Governor's notification of 13.07.2004 constituting the Fund restates the three shares as ₹0.75, ₹2.25 and ₹1.50, and confines the Act to establishments employing five or more persons.
