What it says
Raises the labour welfare fund contribution in section 7A(2) of the 1965 Act from twenty, forty and twenty rupees to fifty, one hundred and fifty rupees for the employee, the employer and the State Government respectively. In force at once from 10 January 2025. This is the instrument behind the fifty/one hundred rupee figures; there is no Board circular, and a circular could not set them.
