Chandigarh Administration, Home Department, Labour & Employment Branch. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, 1958 (Punjab Act No. 15 of 1958) as applicable to the Union Territory of Chandigarh, the Administrator directs that from the date of issuance of the notification, all establishments falling within the definition of 'establishment' and otherwise covered under that Act, which are also required to be and are registered under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working conditions code, 2020 and the rules framed thereunder, s
