What it says
Recasts four entries in the commencement table of S.O. 5319(E). Entries 7 and 8 change from lists of individual items to the whole of section 164(1) and the whole of section 164(2) and (3), each except the provisions already commenced by S.O. 2060(E) of 3 May 2023. The effect is that every enactment in section 164(1) is repealed and section 164(2)(b) is fully in force — the opposite of what the uncorrected table appears to say.
