What it says

Brings most of the Code on Social Security, 2020 into force on 21 November 2025, including Chapter III (provident fund) and Chapter IV (state insurance). CAUTION: its table for section 164 is superseded by the corrigendum S.O. 5936(E) of 19 December 2025. As printed here it omits item 3 of section 164(1) and clause (b) of section 164(2), which reads as though the EPF and MP Act 1952 escaped repeal and the one-year saving was not in force. Both readings are wrong once the corrigendum and S.O. 2060(E) of 3 May 2023 are read with it.
