Schemes.Transition

The EPF Scheme 1952, EDLI Scheme 1976, Employees’ Pension Scheme 1995, Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 1997 and the ESI rules, regulations and schemes stay in force, where consistent with the Code, for one year from commencement
