S.O. 2701(E) dated 29 May 2026: exempted establishments pay inspection charges of 0.35% of wages (minimum Rs 8,750) for EPF and 0.005% of wages (minimum Rs 1,250) for EDLI, within fifteen days of the close of every month. Supersedes S.O. 1436 (1998) and S.O. 238 (1998).
