What it says

Made under the Code in supersession of the Employees' Family Pension Scheme, 1971 and the Employees' Pension Scheme, 1995. Like the provident fund Scheme it states no wage ceiling of its own, referring to the ceiling notified under the Code. Its benefit tables still top out at a '15,000 or more' band, which is a table row rather than a ceiling provision. Corrected by G.S.R. 704(E) of 4 August 2026, which is typographical.
