Eligible if wages ≤ ₹21,000. If wages exceed ₹7,000, bonus is computed on ₹7,000 or the floor wage, whichever is higher.

Haryana minimum wages revised from 1 April 2026
Notification No. 2/25/26-2 Lab under section 8(3) of the Code on Wages, 2019 sets one statewide basic rate for all employments: ₹15,220.71 unskilled, ₹16,780.74 semi-skilled, ₹18,500.81 skilled and ₹19,425.85 highly skilled a month. These are basic rates; the price-index adjustment is left to the Code on Wages rules.

Haryana LWF cap raised to ₹35 a month
Employees pay 0.2% of wages each month up to ₹35 and employers twice the employee's amount, ₹105 a month in all at the cap, per the Haryana Labour Welfare Board's contribution table. Covers establishments with ten or more employees.
