- Not yet addedThe Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 appears in India Code's Uttarakhand collection, which is consistent with the State having continued Uttar Pradesh's laws when it was created in 2000. Whether it is in force here has not been established, and nothing is asserted on the strength of a collection listing alone. Worth noting if it is: that Act provides for no contribution from employees or employers at all, so it would be a fund without a deduction rather than one with an unread rate.India Code, searched 27 September 2026
