Eligible if wages ≤ ₹21,000. If wages exceed ₹7,000, bonus is computed on ₹7,000 or the floor wage, whichever is higher.

Rajasthan minimum wages: ₹7,410 to ₹9,334 a month from 1 January 2023
The Labour Department's notification of 13 December 2024 sets statewide rates from 1 January 2023 for all scheduled employments, including shops and commercial establishments: ₹285 a day (₹7,410 a month) unskilled, ₹297 semi-skilled, ₹309 skilled and ₹359 highly skilled. The Code on Wages (Rajasthan) Rules, 2026 provide for a dearness allowance each 1 April and 1 October; none has been notified yet.
