One statewide rate for each grade; the notification sets no zones.
No dearness allowance added yet. These rates apply from 1 January 2023 and already take in the rise in the consumer price index up to December 2022; the notification was published on 13 December 2024 and is the latest the Labour Department lists. The Code on Wages (Rajasthan) Rules, 2026, in force from 12 August 2026, provide for the dearness allowance to be revised each 1 April and 1 October, but none was found when we looked on 2 October 2026 at labour.rajasthan.gov.in, whose notifications list ends at 13 August 2026, so none is added. Not found is not the same as not notified: its currency is unconfirmed.

The same notification also says
- They apply to every employment in Parts I and II of the schedule, including shops and commercial establishments, hotels and restaurants, and to employees engaged through contractors.
- The rates include the cost-of-living allowance and the cash value of any concessions, and the weekly rest day's wage.
- Work beyond 8 hours a day is paid at twice the normal rate.
- Workers under 18 and persons with disabilities are paid the adult rate for their grade.
- A part-time worker working less than 4 hours a day gets 50% of the rate; more than 4 hours, the full rate.
- In hotels and restaurants, an employer who provides housing and food may deduct ₹100 each from an unskilled worker's wage.
- Where a worker was already paid more on the date the rates took effect, that higher wage is the minimum for them.
- A day's rate is the monthly rate divided by 26.
- The notification lists the jobs in each grade; any other job is placed by the level of skill it needs.
