What it says

The Board's consolidated text of the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1972. Cited for who the fund covers (section 2(d), five or more persons, as amended by Tamil Nadu Act 8 of 2018) and who counts as an employee (section 2(b)). Its section 15 still shows the pre-2021 ceilings, so it is not relied on for amounts.
