Gujarat minimum wages: ₹441 to ₹474 a day basic, plus the special allowance
Notification No.KHR/2023/28/LVD/10/2022/18/M2 of 27.03.2023 sets basic daily rates for the 46 scheduled employments, shops and commercial establishments included: ₹474, ₹462 and ₹452 in Zone I and ₹462, ₹452 and ₹441 in Zone II for skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled work. The Commissioner of Labour's circular of 01.04.2026 adds a special allowance of ₹60.50 a day for those employments, for 1 April to 30 September 2026.

Gujarat PT: nil up to ₹12,000 a month
Salary and wage earners pay ₹200 a month above ₹12,000 and nothing at or below it, under entry 1 of the schedule to the Gujarat State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1976, as the State Tax Department publishes it.

Gujarat LWF: ₹3 employee, ₹6 employer a half-year
Section 6-B of the Bombay Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1953 as it applies in Gujarat sets half-yearly contributions of ₹3 from each employee and ₹6 from the employer, paid before 15 July and 15 January, with the State paying the Board a matching amount. The fund covers shops-Act establishments of ten or more persons. Payment has been online only since 1 July 2022.
