Revises the Variable Dearness Allowance for workers engaged in the OTPC Power Project at Palatana on the six-monthly average Consumer Price Index for 01-07-2025 to 31-12-2025, an increase of 59 points, with effect from 01-04-2026, payable by the employers and contractors. Daily totals of Rs.748 highly skilled, Rs.640 skilled, Rs.556 semi-skilled and Rs.544 un-skilled, with monthly figures of Rs.19,448, Rs.16,640, Rs.14,456 and Rs.14,144 respectively, each being the daily rate for 26 days. It continues a Memorandum of Settlement dated 30 December 2022 and is therefore not a fixation of minimum
