What it says
Revises the minimum rates of wages under section 3 read with section 13 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 for daily waged employees under Government Departments, semi-Government organisations, public and private undertakings and on contract basis in Mizoram, with effect from 1 April 2023. Four grades per day, named unskilled, semi-skilled, Skilled-II (junior grade) and Skilled-I (senior grade), with Skilled-I the highest. Casual or muster roll employees, roads and building operations, and employment in registered factories not elsewhere classified are each fixed at Rs.420, Rs.460, Rs.570 and Rs.7
